I deviated from my norm and have named the NPCs skins as playable skins.
If you want to use them as playable skins then you install them into Skins folder.
If you do NOT want these showing up as playable skins, install them into the same folder you are

installing the iff file.

A word of warning:
If you use these as playable skins it will double the number of head using the SimSister dreads mesh.

All heads (for that mesh, of course) that you have installed will show up normally and again wearing the Bokor's hat. I am gambling that people don't have so many faces for this mesh that it will prove to be a problem.

The flip side of that is that the enclosed face will also be available with or without his hat.

Warning #2:
If you do use them as playable skins, don't go forgetting that an NPC is relying on these skins and meshes when you decide to clean your skins folder! (I usually put a text file into my skins folder reminding me which ones I should not delete)

The skins Papa Simed uses are:

    c225ma_SimSisDreads_Bokor1.cmx
    xskin-c225ma_SimS-HEAD-HEAD.skn
    c225madrk_sswBokor1.bmp
    xskin-ssw-HEAD-BOKORHAT01.skn
    sswBokorHat1.bmp

    B208MAFitDrk_sswBokor1.bmp
